You may receive the below error message if you have not been assigned any customers or projects. It's also possible that task categories are being filtered and you don't have access to them. The error message usually appears when users try to add a new time entry on Nexonia Expense.
To resolve this error, contact your company administrator. Admins can check if you've been granted access to the required customers, projects, and task categories.
After the access is granted, you can run a Sync within Nexonia Expense in order to reflect the changes.
