You may wish to turn on an auto-run so that the Nexonia configuration sync and/or export with your QuickBooks Desktop account occurs automatically and on a recurring basis.
To do this, in the QuickBooks Web Connector, check off the box in the Auto-Run Column next to Nexonia Config. In the "Every_Min" column, key in how often you want the sync to run. For example: enter "1140" if you'd like the configuration sync to run every 1140 minutes, or every day.
Similarly, the export of fully approved time and expense items can also be set to run automatically. Check off the box in the Auto-Run Column next to Nexonia Time and/or Nexonia Expenses and key in how often you want the sync to run.
- The automatic scheduling requires that your QuickBooks Desktop account remain open at all times.
- You can always initiate the sync and/or export on demand by checking the box next to the application name and then clicking the “Update Selected” button.
