In some situations, Nexonia support will require the error logs from your Nexonia mobile app. The error log can help us diagnose errors you may be encountering.
To send an error log to Nexonia support:
1. Log in to the Nexonia mobile app. From the homescreen, tap the About icon (you may need to tap the arrow icon first to reveal About).
2. Tap the About icon. You'll see the version code for your application.
3. Tap on the version code three times to reveal the "Send Debug Info" command at the bottom of the screen.
5. Tap Send Debug Info to send the error log to Nexonia support.
Once the log has been sent, we recommend following it up with an email to email@example.com with the nature of the issue you're encountering and to let us know the error log has been submitted.
